Your Nervous System is the hardware and the software- your main operating system, determining how you should constantly, think, feel, and behave- based on a pretty archaic programming we inherited from our ancestors.
There is so much input today, with an excess of stimuli- causing this archaic system to respond as though we are in actual danger of being killed when really we just saw something stressful on one of our man media sources, or there are too many emails, not enough time- not literally life or death just compounded stress and it is exhausting our systems. Unable to keep up we have adjusted by adding more coffee, alcohol, anything we can do but heal our nervous system when that is what is actually needed.
It's no surprise our systems are overwhelmed. Without this knowledge people think they need to completely change their life to get out of the overwhelm, but that’s not actually the case.
You don’t need to change your entire life, you just need to understand how your nervous system works and how you can regulate it!
Our nervous system operates through our subconscious, where 90-95% of our experienced reality is determined, but here’s the trick- we can override the subconscious using our conscious mind and the mindful strategies I am going to show you, to regulate what we are experiencing.
Once you regain dominion over your nervous system, this will allow you to tap into experiencing the true essence of life in flow which allows you to feel more joy, ease, peace, and even receive more abundantly.
