Breathwork Session – one-on-one

This is a 90 minute session which provides enough time for the preparation before and relaxation after approximately 30 minutes of active breathing during your Breathwork Detox session.

Please wear Yoga type attire and I will provide everything else that is needed.

Keep an open mind and be ready to have a transformational experience.
